When trying to put drops of essential oils on my pillow at night, using the usual orifice reducer, it's very difficult to see how much is coming out  - what do others here use please?

You may want to try an Essential Oil Spritzer, i.e blend of your select EO & water. You can find many recipes on Line. Check out http://www.aromaweb.com

Thanks Carolyn, are you referring to a type of spray?

Yes, think of it as a "mister:" Essential Oils, water & a little solublizer if you have it. If no solubilzer just shake vigorously before misting. Do some due diligence on line. You'll find plenty of references and recipes. Then, by your Essential Oils & solubilizer from The Aromatherapy Place. Good luck

I had tried one of those before, but sprays don't work with the thicker, undiluted oils.

By the way, the one captcha (I'm not a robot) would usually be enough to stop spammers, otherwise it does get quite long-winded.

I put the cloth or napkin in the bottle and turned it over. Then I put the cloth with es-sential oi-ls on a pillow or other place.
